Bits of Bio: The Science of Life
In this first installment of the Bits of Bio workshop series, we talk all about the science of life, introducing youth to the wonders of biology through interactive games and online simulations.
Bits of Bio is a collaborative effort between The C.O.D.E Initiative and an experienced team of life science researchers from the University of British Columbia called UBC iGEM. Through these bit-sized workshops, we aim to make the life science fields accessible and engaging to everyone, including absolute beginners!
Please note that this course does NOT involve any coding, though your student will be working on a computer to access the online games and simulations.
